We have a requirement from our client to send the Request for Non Catalog Learning to Line Manager for Approval based on the price of the course.

We have configured the condition below,

(("(Learning Item.result.Learning Item Type)" == "ORA_NON_CATALOG") AND (Learning Item.Maximum Price <= 4000))

And Manager is not receiving the notification as the process is erroring out. please find the error below:

"The request operation failed with the business rules defined for LearningRequestApproval."

If anyone has encountered this error previously, kindly comment your recommended solutions.
