How can precision be set for Quantity on Project Costs?

Currently when inputting Quantity in Project Costing (e.g. via FBDI) it will round to 3 decimals. I have found information about precision for the cost amount, but cannot find detail on how to adjust precision for the Quantity. Desire is to set it to 5 decimals.
