Hyperlinks in the chat

Hi ,

When I send a link to the chat landing page on the portal as a customer, I do not receive the link on the chat workspace as an agent. Rather I get the link as plain text.

I was wondering if there is any config setting or widget property that needs to be enabled for the agent to receives links in the chat.

AM I missing something?
