Unable to see application instance from My Services

User is able to see other application instances from My Services and launch apart from one (EPM5 and EPM5-TEST). He can though use the URL link for this test instance.

Please note:

For all the test instances he can see from the My Services - he has a SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR role. The one he is unable to see/missing (EPM5-TEST) - he has a USER role and a couple of APPLICATION ROLES.

Do you need to be Service Administrator to see this from My services? I had already tried to revoke and add him as a user (and his application roles) but did not change.
