Payroll balance report is not providing balance info having balance date, time definition' dimension
Summary:
We have a number of payroll balances defined which utilise element allocation functionality and have a 'balance date, time definition' dimension i.e. _REL_BD_TDPTD. The time definitions have been configured as weekly which enables us to retrieve the balance values on a weekly basis (primarily retrieved in payroll formulas to drive calculation logic).
However we now have a requirement to report on these payroll balances, but the seeded payroll reports such as ‘Run Payroll Balance Report’ aren’t returning this balance, even when you run it for an employee who has valid balance values.
Please can you confirm how we can report on balance values for balances which use a ‘balance date, time definition’ dimension?
