Offline Learning Mode

Hello,

Please could someone confirm if learners should be able to open the HCM mobile app while offline?

We are using the mobile app for offline learning- when someone enters the app on online mode and switches to offline mode it's working as expected but when someone try's to enter the mobile app while they've got no connection to internet or data we are getting an error.

Please could someone confirm should we be able to access the app while offline or do we always need to enter the app while online and switch to offline mode?
