Directory search - Personalisation of displayed columns per user

Hello,

We have a requirement regarding the Directory search displayed columns. We are using the Workers - Oracle Search LOV in Search Configuration where there are a bigger variety of available displayed columns for the oracle search, but there is the need to have different visibility of displayed columns that differ for each user.

Is there a way to define visibility of the columns displayed according to, let's say, data roles? Or something similar as we do with EL expression (securitycodex) in page composer for specific columns in order to display the additional information only to certain users?
