Cannot see Schedule name in OTBI

Summary:

We have an OTBI report that shows the work schedule assignment using Person Real Time"."Person Schedule Assignment"."Schedule Name". Users with HR admin roles can see it but the Line Managers cannot. The field is blank. The Line Manager custom role has the following roles added:

Time and Labor Transaction Analysis

Time and Labor Transaction Analysis Duty

Workforce Scheduling Transaction Analysis

Workforce Transaction Analysis Duty

Based on an article I found I added the "Manage Work Schedule Assignment" privilege as well (under Person Detail). I regenerated the roles and ran the LDAP scheduled jobs but managers are still not able to see the Schedule Name. I am not sure what else to try at this point.
