Summary:

Recently Quarterly Fusion 24A patch and console conversion completed in my oracle fusion fiancials. Today Business tried to ran the custom supplier bank account change report. In the output, 'last updated by' column showing as 'FUSION_APPS_PROV_PATCH_APPID' instead of user name.

Can some one please help on this issue.
