Is there a way to copy a rule from one format to another?

We have rules set up on various formats in ARCS. We'd like to use the same rule in one format in another format. Is there a way to copy a rule from one format to another? I know that I can create a filter and use a saved filter when setting up a rule, but curious if there's a way to copy a rule to another format if that rule is not set up using a saved filter.
