Rollback old HSDL Load or Delete with HSDL

Summary:

Hello - can someone help me understand if I can rollback a HSDL load that was completed at the end of January? If not - is there a way to mass delete salary increases from the system? We loaded around 700 salary increases using HSDL in January with the wrong date and now need to remove them and load again with the correct date. tThanks!
