Add Line manager field in the request a position page.

Summary:

The 'Line Manager' field is available when we use the Responsive UI 'Request a new Position' page and we utilize this in our process however in the Redwood UI, when we are on the 'Request a new Position' we cannot add the 'Line Manager' field when creating a business rule.
