Is there any SLA defined for Bulk Plans in OTM

Hi Everyone,

We are trying to do the stress testing for OTM bulk plans for an Order count of 20000.

Earlier, we ran 400 orders which took around 11 hours to run the bulk plan , which is definitely not a good time, hence we did some tuning in bulk plan parameter.

Later, it got completed in Appx 2 Hours for same orders. But, we just need to understand that is there SLA defined for such cases to be tested ?
