Absence Entry Validation Fast Formula Help

Summary:

Help with absence entry validation formula that is used to produce a warning message if more than 2 sickness occurrences are recorded in a 3 month period.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi, we have a validation formula that will produce a warning if you attempt to record more than 2 sickness occurrences within a 3 month period. This works fine, however we have noticed that if you record 2 sickness occurrences and then attempt to update one of those occurrences, EG change the duration, the warning message is triggered. Is there anyway to account for this in our formula, so it only triggers for new occurrences and doesn't trigger if you attempt to update an existing absence?

Howdy, Stranger!
