Is it possible to create a deeplink to a page with a specific option selected on the page?

Summary:

Is it possible to create a deep link to a page with a specific option selected on that page?
For example - i can get a deep link to Additional Person Information page, but can that link also include the correct option from the Info Group dropdown on the page?

So that the link will take you directly on to the page and already have the correct option selected?
