Referring to attached qualification report, when product specific rule is {EXCL:7322-7323}‬, Tariff Shift column in Item Structure Component Analysis section stays blank, which is not right. Actually TS is still considered here. In addition, shouldn't the rule it self be "{EXCL:7322-7323} AND {TS4_100EQ}", instead of "{EXCL:7322-7323}" only?
