With our previous LMS, we would deliver quarterly assessments. Then with reporting, we could identify which questions an individual answered incorrectly and assign them a particular remedial course based on that topic. So every team member received a tailored training plan for their needs. We also then analyzed the questions answered incorrectly among the whole population to identify any questions or answers that might need rephrasing, so we could see which specific answer choices (whether one or multiple) an individual user chose.
