Substitution Variable with multiple members as a Clear Region Filter Condition in Data Integration

If have a Substitution Variable &MovementTarget that contains a comma separated list of members ex: "CSHFLWHDGS_MVMT","TURLGLCFHG_MVMT","TEST_CLEAR_MVMT" and I want to use that variable as the Account filter condition in a Clear Region in a Planning Data Integration, is there a way for the Clear Region logic to recognize that this is a list of members?

As is, it seems to be treating the list of members as one member and returning an error: Cannot Clear Partial Data. Essbase Error(1260046): Unknown Member "CSHFLWHDGS_MVMT","TURLGLCFHG_MVMT","TEST_CLEAR_MVMT" used in query.

Is it possible to use a Substitution Variable like this with multiple members in a clear region filter condition?
