Business Unit LOV shows all BUs while creating awards

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have created a custom role from Grants Department Administrator role to incorporate the award organization hierarchy. We are now able to restrict the award data to the organization assigned to the user. However, when users are trying to create an award, they are able to view all Business Units in the Business Unit LOV regardless of the BU assigned to them. Is it possible to restrict the Business Unit dropdown and at the same time allow users to view data for the organization assigned to them?
