How to setup minimum salary threshold for Exempt New Hires

Summary:

We have a legal requirement to see if it is possible to set a minimum base pay threshold for Exempt New Hire Employees.

For example, if our Base Pay threshold is a $50,000 minimum salary for all New Hire Exempt employees, is it possible to setup in Oracle something to prevent an Exempt New Hire being entered with a salary at less than $50,000/year.
