Mediator auto refresh

Hi Team,

We are monitoring the Open process Page to see if there are any stuck process/ Long running Process etc. But while monitoring so, challenge is that the Page needs to be manually refreshed every time to see any New process coming in. Is there any way that this page can be Auto refreshed without manual intervention? Kindly let me know if there are any such options.
