How to create separate Application Implementation Role for each offering

Customer has separate teams who would manage different offerings and it's corresponding configurations.
The ask is to carve out seperate AIC Roles for each offering - where the Financials/Procurement offering cannot be seen along with HCM Offering.
Is there a way to carve out separate AIC (Application Implementation Consultant) Roles for each offering?
