Create a future record automatically when employee is progressing in his grade step
There is a request from the client, if it is possible to look forward to see upcoming changes and place a future-dated step progression. The request is if the system could look forward 15 days and see if there is an expected step progression, and on that date create the future record (ex. put a future dated record on 5th of the month for one effective start date 20th of the month- 15 days ahead).
Our progression rule is looking in the Seniority date, once you already reached 1 year in your grade step, you will automatically progress.
Is it possible? Please advise.
