Question on Quantity based Tax Rate code upload file by using Tax Rates Template

We would need to load the Quantity based Tax Rates by using the Tax Rates Template, Could you please confirm that is it feasible to load by using any Template.

Below is the comment in Tax Rate filed from the Tax Rates Template, As per the Comment we need to populate the UOM Column but I don't see the UOM column in the Tax Rates Template

The rate specified for a tax status for an effective time period. A tax rate can be expressed as a percentage or a value per unit quantity. If this is a Quantity-Based Rate, then specify the Rate per Quantity here. Also, specify the Unit of Measure in the UOM column. All amounts entered should be expressed as either a decimal number (ex. 4.225 for a 4.225% tax rate) or a whole number (ex. 3 for a quantity rate of 3 per barrel).
