Is there a specific role that can be assigned to disable the view future funds avalaible balance?

Summary:

Business users should not see the Funds available screen who doesn't have access to the budget manager role. We want to remove the access from the invoice page as attached, In PO and PR page too. We have a requirment to remove the funds and only to be accessable through budgetory control page. Is there a specific role that can be assigned to disable this feature?
