Table store translation rate from primary to reporting

Summary:

Is there a table backend/field to store the actual conversion rate for a journal when it convert/translate the amount(from primary ledger) to reporting amount(USD) in reporting ledger?

From front end, though it display the user rate in reporting ledger, but it is using the corporate rate/date to convert the amount from primary to accounted amount(USD) in reporting ledger.

it display the user rate as 1 and not display the actual conversion rate. In fact, it is using the corporate rate to convert the reporting ledger USD accounted amount(from primary ledger accounted amount)
