Merge Learning Records
Summary:
Merge Learning Records of Duplicate Persons
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We are a healthcare organization with over 60,000 employees, contingent, and nonworkers. We occasionally have processing hire data issues where an individual will have a second profile and person number created even though they were already in our system (duplicate persons). This leads to several issues, one of them being reassigned learning items they've already completed under their original person number. Is there a way to merge or reconcile learning assignments outside of a potential HDL load?
