Rename "Service by amount" item type in Request Noncataloge item screen for requisition.

Hi Team,

The user has requested to rename a "service by quantity" item type to "Do Not Use" else because users don't typically use it. I've already changed purchasing lines types before, but I'm not sure if changing this one is feasible. Please guide us.
