Requester invalid for PO import issue

Hi,

We have a PO raised from external system that's unable to be imported into Oracle due to the requestor not being valid.

The user name and user's email appear to be correct, and she was able to raise a PO and have it import just fine in the recent past. Significant change in her profile is that she finished a permanent role, then returned as a casual employee. Since returning as a casual she's experiencing the issue.

Her old permanent profile is inactive, and searching her in "manage users" confirms only the new casual profile as active.

Please see below for the error message. Do you have any insight into how we might possibly resolve this?
