Hi All,

Could someone please clarify on the skipped rows in a file attachment in a request. "Status:Skipped; Message: Row processed;no updates were required". What does it really mean? Do we need any action on this? if we submit the request ignoring skipped rows, will it have any impact on hierarchies?

I couldn't find a satisfactory explanation for this in EDMCS admin guide. Appreciate a well explained answer on this.
