Capture change in TAX lines on RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES_ALL on BICC extraction

Summary: As per business, we understand they could change the Invoice Tax lines attached to a given invoice in Fusion. Since we maintain the Invoice Lines data in TRANSACTIONLINEEXTRACTPVO where Invoice Line ID is primary key. So need to know how we can capture such changes from fusion side in BICC extraction process.

Invoice Lines being deleted/changed for given invoice in source needs to be captured somewhere. We need to know how we identify such changes for downstream systems. Also, please confirm how it is handled in FAW as it should have the same problem as BICC extracts have (Having duplicates downstream PVO tables).
