Global access group -When learners are removed from the GAG, they can still see the learning

Summary:

I have a problem with Global Access Group (GAG) which is not working as expected. The GAG is based on an OTBI analysis, the problem I am experiencing is that when I make people ineligible in OTBI by excluding them in the criteria for example, this makes them ineligible in the concerned GAG, although they still have access and can register for training.

I created a service request on oracle support. Support then told me to put a user with an admin role in the "Run as" and it worked. However, this doesn't solve my issue.

Could you please help ?
