Best Practice to Share Minority % (NCI) to Standalone Entity

Summary:

What is the best practice if we want to share the minority % (NCI) into standalone entity? We currently have ID28 as standalone entity, and we need our entity [G001].[ID28] to share the minority % (NCI) into [G001].[ID22]. By far, we only share the minority % (NCI) into the holding entity, so we don't have any experience to share the minority % (NCI) to standalone entity

Do we have to create a new parent of entity (for example the new parent is G099), so the hierarchy will be set like this:
Before: G001 > ID22
After: G001 > G099 > ID22 > ID28

Or we can simply shared the ID28 under entity ID22 as per below:
