Summary:

I need to know what controls the sort order for the RCount function. I have a requirement to select one assignment per person from worker assignment real time SA but I need to be able to control which row it is. I have some complex case statements to categorise people and I then need to select the most 'important' assignment based on this category (and probably also the job but I haven't got that far yet). I assigned a number to each category to control the sort order combined with text to help me work out what is
