I have a chat launch page with a country field hidden. This Country field is setup as custom Incident field which has the country values.
Now, based on the users ip address I am capturing the Country information and I need to search for that ip-country value in the custom country field and if it matches then I set the custom country field with that value.
Problems I am stuck with is
1. How to read/search the custom country field values to do the matching with the ip-country value in the chat launch form.
2. The ip-country value is the country name and to set the custom country field I need to set it with id.
