Inactivate bulk number of Document Types

Hi Team,

As per our business requirement we wanted to inactivate more than 100 document types so to do this manually it take more time. So is there any simple way through which all document types can be inactive in single go?

Or Can they be Inactivated through either HDL or Spread Sheet Loader? If yes, could you please share sample HDL files or Spread Sheets?
