Termination Transaction Design Studio (TDS) rule not working with user having multiple roles

edited May 3, 2024 4:28PM in Human Capital Management 6 comments

Summary:

TDS not working when user having multiple roles.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have a scenario that we need to create rules for termination for both Managers and HR, this is working perfectly fine if the user is not having both roles, but if the user is having both manager and HR roles, then the fields are still showing for the Manager which should not.

Example Scenarios

Scenario 1

User Role: Employee and Line Manager

Termination Rule: Disable comment and attachment (Filter by Role of Line Manager)

Result: Working as expected. Comment and attachment is not showing for the Managers.

Howdy, Stranger!
