ESS jobs required when refreshing / upgrading

Summary:

We have upgraded Learning to Redwood. We are upgrading to 24B this weekend. Do we have to run all of the Learning ESS jobs after the upgrade, similar to those that need to be run for Recruiting Redwood? Recruiting has great documentation about the process dependent on the type of refresh. What is the process for any Redwood enabled pages?
