Is it posible to validate an action using a token that was sent to them by an external medium??

Hi friends, i got a requeriment where my client wants to validate previoulsy access to an action on a page by using a token that was sent to them by an external medium like an email.

Is there is a way to enter this token safely in vbcs ???
