Permissions to manage Material status based on role and user. Restricted user Access to QC-HOLD

Summary:

User wanted to restrict user based on material status. The custom role should allow users to see or allow transaction based on material status.

We would like to have only a select group of users change material status “Hold” and “QC-HOLD”

-Subinventory Transfer in and out of the affected bins/subinventories

-Be able to define and re-define the user group
