Connecting a nonproduction CPQ site to a partial Salesforce Sandbox

We have created a partial Salesforce Sandbox and wanted to maintain the integration to a nonproduction CPQ site. But after making some changes, we are finding that it is connecting to our production site. Looking to know what is not set correctly to point to the nonproduction CPQ site.

We have created a partial Salesforce Sandbox and wanted to maintain the integration to the nonproduction CPQ site. I have heard that I would not be able to connect a nonproduction CPQ site (called TEST) as it is already integrating with a Full Salesforce Sandbox. We have another nonproduction CPQ site (called DEV) that we could connect to the partial Salesforce Sandbox. I have setup the site in the partial sandbox to the dev CPQ site. In the dev CPQ site I have set the user to the partial sandbox login. But when creating
