Mass Import Fixed Choice List for List of Values Created in Sandbox

Summary:

I am trying to create a new Custom field in Proposal object (Innovation Management) which is of Fixed Choice List datatype. However I don't see an option to mass import the list values into the Fixed List. The fixed list which I am creating has hundreds of list values so I can't do this by hand and enter one by one (Meaning & Lookup Code). Is there an option to mass import the list values? either by excel or other means?
