Want to disable Item so that all the transactions including inbound receiving,outbound etc.

Summary:

I want to have a option to disable the item so that when it is disabled all the transactions like inbound receiving,outbound,cycle count etc all has to be disabled WMS must not allow it If it is please guide me how to achieve this,
