Assessable Value on the Completed Transactions

Hello all

As per Oracle functionality, Assessable Value is based on the total transfer price for the item on the Transfer Order transaction line. Checking further, total transfer price gets populated based on the pricing strategy, and we do not have one defined for intended orgs. If there is no pricing strategy, it has to pick the transaction cost value.

For some reasons, we do not see this propagated to the "Assessable Value" field on the completed transactions although it is populated on the TO line.

Please advise if my understanding is correct and help to resolve the issue.
