Hi all,

I am trying to create a Addin that control login, logout, agent status of RightNow live chat,

Is Third Party Queue Toolbar Add-In API is the only way to control the chat controls like Login,Logout,agent status.... etc..

Can we control live chat login/logout agent status in some other way?
