Add next to the person name (after opening his details from the spotlight) the assignment status

Hi,

My client would like to add assignment status and worker type next to the person name after opening his details from the spotlight

like we see in the screenshot:

I followed the url below-

But as you can see I can't edit the output text of the person's name (not edit option is visible)

Any ideas?
