Transfer order consumption for multiple interorg customers

Summary:

We are looking for Transfer order consumption in forecast and referred to oracle note -2616977.1.

Out of different conditions, one of the condition is mentioned as below:
Transfer Order demands only consume forecasts with customer/customer site set to the organization's customer/customer site value in supply network model . Forecast with a blank customer/customer site or a different value than organization's customer/customer site is not consumed by Transfer Order Demand

Now, we have 1 organization that have many interorg customers and it sends transfer order to multiple interorg destinations which are not part of plan.

Now, we want that all such transfer orders should consume the forecast. Is there any way to do that or no.
