cycle count that has been created is not allowing for Generate Count Schedules or Generate Count Seq

I am not able to get Generate Count Schedules and Generate count sequence option as it is greyed out but I am able to get those two options in other orgs.

I am having Warehouse Manager role along with data access for every org.

Can anyone guide me through this issue???
