    We are trying to accommodate the Validation of multiple Rows using EFF for an employee.
    The EFF will be captured on the Assignment Details of the employee (Page - Additional Assignment Info).

    We have attached the Expected & Current Functionality screenshots in the Document (EFF Validation for Multiple Rows - CCC) for better understanding.

    Example:
    We have two fields (EFF) say
    -> Segment Value (Drop Down List)
    -> Percentage (Max 100%)

    An employee can have multiple Segment Values allocated with different Percentages. In total, the Percentage allocated for an employee should be max upto 100%
