CPQ - SFDC User Token generation

Summary:

Hi all,

we are facing issue when a newly added user in SFDC (Also user got created in CPQ and linked) is trying to navigate to CPQ from SFDC Opportunity, Via new Quote. Is getting the below error.

Expected Behavior: when the user is navigating First time from SFDC to CPQ, the Token should get generated it will the user to the SFDC Authorization page.

And once the user clicks on allow, it will generate the token and next it will land on the Quote Page.


But that's not happening, instead we get the above error.
